The Grand County Water & Sanitation District #1 boundary includes Beaver Village, downtown Winter Park, Leland Creek subdivision, and Hi Country Haus.

The District is a stand alone, quasi-governmental agency separate from the Town of Winter Park and other water and sanitation districts.

The District's Board of Directors meets monthly on the first Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at the Winter Park Town Hall board chambers, 50 Vasquez Road, Winter Park.
