The Winter Park/Fraser Building Department has started doing electrical permit issuance as of July 1, 2009.  The National Electrical Code 2008 (NEC 2008) has been adopted by the towns of Winter Park and Fraser. 

Effective September 1, 2009 the State of Colorado increased electrical fees this will be reflected in our fees.
