The department accepts applications for new, additions, alterations and repair construction. We reviews plans, and perform inspections of all work for compliance with the 2006 Editions of the International Codes.

If you call by 10:00 am Monday through Friday, your inspection will occur the same day. If you call after 10:00 am, your request will be handled the next business day.

Effective May 2008 the 2006 Energy Conservation Code was adopted by the towns of Winter Park and Fraser. A copy off all 2006 Code books are available at the Winter Park and Fraser Town Halls to review or the local library.  The 2006 Energy Conservaton Code book is located only at the Fraser Branch.
